The Crowne Plaza Columbus North is offering a special group rate to NADD Conference Attendees of $111.00 (not including applicable taxes), Single or Double occupancy, for the evenings of Tues., September 2 and Wed., September 3, 2008. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Please note that there is a late check out fee. The hotel offers a smoke-free environment.

We encourage you to make reservations as soon as possible as there is a small room block set-up for these evenings. The cut-off for reservations is Tuesday, August 2, 2008. Once the room block is full and/or the cut-off date has passed, reservations will be taken on a space and rate available basis. When making a reservation, you must state that you are with the NADD conference group to receive the discounted rate.

Upon check in, guests are responsible for incidental charges will be asked for either a credit card or a refundable $25.00 cash deposit, to guarantee phone and movie privileges. All reservations requests must be guaranteed for arrival by a first night’s deposit or major credit card. Any reservations requiring cancellation must be cancelled before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

If it is necessary for a date change in lieu of the individual’s request, the reservation will be accommodated based on hotel availability on this future date.
