Dear Colleague:
The mission of the National Association for the Dually Diagnosed (NADD) is to advance mental wellness for persons with developmental disabilities through the promotion of excellence in mental health care. Training and education is a major part of accomplishing our mission.
As costs are rising and budget cuts occurring within the field, NADD is exploring ways to continue to provide conferences and educational opportunities in a cost-effective manner for attendees. I am respectfully asking for your assistance and input regarding conferences by completing this short survey.
I thank you in advance for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Robert J. Fletcher, DSW, ACSW Founder and CEO, NADD

With rising hotel costs and room rates, NADD is exploring the following cities as possible conference locations. Based upon financial considerations and your ability to attend a conference, please rate the following cities from 1-4, with 1 being the most likely to attend and 4 the least likely to attend. (Please note that you cannot choose the same numeric rating option more than once for each geographic quadrant.) If you would not be able to attend a city at all, please select Not Attend (This choice can be checked as many times as is applicable).
